25# Beef Sampler Pack

The 25 lb. beef sampler pack will include approximately 10# of 90% lean ground beef, premium, round, and sirloin steaks (1 or 2 packages of 2 steaks each per kind), and 2 roasts ( chuck, rump, or sirloin tip). Approximate wait time is 8-12 months.
