50# Beef Sampler Pack

The 50 lb. beef sampler pack will include approximately 20# of 90% lean ground beef, rib, T-bone, round and sirloin steaks (1 or 2 packages of 2 steaks each per kind), and chuck, rump, and/or sirloin roasts (3-4 total), plus stew meat or meaty soup bones (possibly short ribs instead). Approximate wait time is 8-12 months.
